How Can I Pay?

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards.

Visa, Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard Debit, MasterCard, UK Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna 

All transactions are processed via Shopify Payments, Google Pay,  Apple Pay or PayPal, and are encrypted for your safety.

All payments must be made before your order is shipped to you. We work our best to provide you with a safer shopping experience when using your card online.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

Additional validation and fraud checks are carried out internally.

Unfortunately, We only support UK based customers, We are not able to provide overseas customers in subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company.

Can I Exchange Instead of Refund?

UK Exchanges 

Exchanges cost £3.99 per request. You’ll receive a payment link once your return reaches our warehouse and your exchange order is created. Payments must be made within 7 days to confirm your exchange request. If a payment is not received within 7 days your exchange order will be cancelled and refunded.

We offer size exchanges on all UK orders. Simply add a note when registering your return for the new size you’ve requested. Exchanges are subject to stock.

Alternatively, you can ship your return to us via your own method. Please keep your return receipt safe until we confirm receipt of your return.
