2. When will I receive my refund ?
Once you’ve sent your refund request to us, you should receive your refund within 7 working days. If you haven’t received your refund in this timeframe, please email contact@haybostudio.com so we can investigate this for you.
RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES TO RECEIVE A REFUND.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN AN UNWORN AND UNWASHED CONDITION, DEEMED FIT FOR RESALE WITH ALL TAGS STILL ATTACHED AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING. ALL GOODS ARE INSPECTED ON RETURN.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING PRODUCTS ON, FOR EXAMPLE, ENSURE YOU ARE NOT WEARING MAKEUP, PERFUME, DEODORANT OR ANTIPERSPIRANT AS THIS MAY LEAVE MARKS ON THE PRODUCT AND WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR ANY ITEM RETURNED TO US WITH ANY MARKS OR STAINS.
4. When I receive a Faulty / Incorrect Items?
ALTHOUGH THIS IS HONESTLY A VERY RARE OCCURENCE, WE'RE VERY SORRY ABOUT THIS AND WILL SORT THIS OUT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
